Carter Road, Bandra is famous primarily for Carter Road Promenade. What many dont know, however, is that Khau Gali bang opposite the Arabian Sea, off Carter Road, serves the most lip-smacking delicacies you will come across in town. With several eating joints, serving many cuisines, lined on either side, Carter Road is the place to be for foodies.

Being located at carter’s, both Carter’s and Carter’s blue are a well known landmark. You will find in youth mostly hanging around here, getting parking is abit difficult during daytime and weekdays. The place is well known for its top notch quality of Shawarma. The Chicken Shawarma was amazing in taste, can list in my one of the best Shawarma till date list. A must visit place for Shawarma lover’s. The ambiance is also well maintained, staff is also good. Good place to go with family.
3. Kepchaki Momos
Known for their authentic Tibetan food, Kepchaki Momos is the right place to satiate your momo cravings. Gobble up those delicious pieces of heaven served in a little basket. And if you are a pork lover, their pork momos are a must plus, it is the only place in the area serving pork.
4. Big Burger
If you love big, juicy, burger patties cupped within deliciously soft bread and fresh veggies and cheese you’re in for a treat. Not the BEST in town but good all the same. Fries and potato wedges are the best accompaniments for the Arabian, Italian or plain old Chicken Burger- give it a shot and you won’t be disappointed.
5. Guilt Trip
It is owned by mother-daughter duo Shenaz and Sheeba Hassan, who established this cake shop two years back. And since then, there has been no looking back for them. Guilt Trip is bang on the busy Carter Road in Khar next to a popular ice-cream parlour and is frequented by urban teens in the locality. I went on a weekday evening and found that it was pretty busy.
6. Love and cheesecake
This place is too good for American Breakfast and cheesecakes! If you want to have a perfect start on sleepy weekend mornings, this place will surely bring your adrenaline rush back in peace. They have the best cheesecakes. If you’re ever craving for red velvet, this is the place you go to for red velvet cheesecake. Melts in the mouth, melts the heart.
